Dishwasher: Entry level Heart of House Restaurant Position. Dishwashers work with line cooks and kitchen management to fulfill day to day operational needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plates, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dish washing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. This job requires strong organizational skills. Sometimes food prep including knife work, portioning of items, proper rotation and stretching out dough may be needed.
