Tento zamestnávateľ prepláca programový poplatok a plavčícky kurz, podľa času tvojho nástupu.

Ak prídeš do 24.5 (tvoj Start Date čiže už v tento deň začneš pracovať) zamestnávateľ ti preplatí CELÝ PROGRAMOVÝ POPLATOK (v rámci procesu vybavovania víz) a aj Lifeguard kurz (preplatí ti ho v USA keď naozaj na otváračku bazéna prídeš – v plnej výške)

Ak prídeš do 31.5 tak zamestnávateľ ti preplatí 700 USD z tvojho programového poplatku a ty platíš LEN 449 USD. Z tvojho plavčíckeho kurzu ti preplatia 100 USD pri prvej výplate.

Ak prídeš do 7.6 tak ti zamestnávateľ prispeje sumou 550 USD čiže platíš len 599 USD a rovnako ti preplácajú 100 USD z plavčíckeho kurzu pri prvej výplate

Ak prídeš po 7.6 – 25.6 zamestnávateľ ťa príjme ale už nič nepreplatí, hradíš si všetky poplatky sám

Signature Pool Management (SPM) is a professional pool management company based in Richmond, Virginia. SPM services several apartment complexes, condo associations, swim clubs, hotels and homeowner associations throughout Greater Richmond and Hampton Roads.

Pay rates for the cities of Urbanna, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Richmond, Charlottesville, and Williamsburg are as follows:

– Regular Rates $14.50

– Overtime rates $21.75

– Returnee $15.00 and $22.50 overtime

WE GUARANTEE 55 HOURS PER WEEK for all areas (conditions apply)

BONUSES:

Summer performance bonus $150

Employee of the month bonus $50

Lifeguard Program fees deducted on bi-weekly basis.

Uniform cost is $75.

Housing is provided by employer.

Housing Cost: $175/week

Housing Deposit: $200 ($150 refundable)

(2-3 bedroom apartments, 2 people per room, washer and dryer included, fully stocked kitchen)

Locations of pools: Urbanna, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Richmond, Charlottesville, Williamsburg

Working locations will be assigned according to company’s business needs and depend on many factors such as: previous experience, date of arrival, customer expectations, etc.
